Our rooms are equipped with a double bed and a permanent extra bed, television, air conditioning, workspace, washstand and tiled bathroom with shower and WC. Of course we also offer rooms accessible for the handicapped.

You can relax in the One Lounge which is a breakfast room, bar and lobby all-in-one.

The hotel reception is open from 06:00 until 24:00. Guests arriving outside of these hours can use the check-in machine. Please contact the hotel after booking if you require this service (contact details appear in your booking confirmation).

Internet

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in the entire hotel and charges are applicable. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.  

Groups

When booking more than 7 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
