The hotel has a facilities for conferences and banquets with a capacity for between 20 to 450 people.

Food & Beverages

In the Real Oeiras Hotel, you can enjoy the most wonderful dishes in the typical Portuguese and international cuisine. The "Bernardinos" and "Restaurante do Real" are ready to surprise you with our selection.

For 5 rooms, or more, it will be charged directly from the hotel a pre-payment of 50% of the total amount on client’s credit card

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 2.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
