The heart of the Adler is the excellent cuisine of chef Armin Hollweck. In cooperation with his team he prepares the dishes only with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Enjoy regional specialties at the hotel-own Restaurant “Stuben” as well as light German cuisine, whole foods, and dietary menus. Our restaurant additionally provides space for smaller or larger receptions or events. In summers, you may also enjoy our beautiful summer terrace, facing the church square. The "Adlerhorst" is a small but exquisite bar ideal for informal gatherings and chats – a perfect location for the evening.
