The Leonardo bar forms the centrepiece of the hotel. It is open 24 hours a day and offers fine Mercure wines, excellent draft beers and tasty snacks. The stylish Kaisergarten restaurant serves home-made, regional favourites based on the recipes of Germany’s famous cook, Henriette Davidis. As much as possible of the ingredients are organic and locally produced. International and seasonal specialities are also available and the restaurant is open from 18:00 to 22:00, Monday to Thursday. Smokers can enjoy their meal in the separate smoking restaurant if they wish.

Area information The hotel lies just 900 metres from the König Pilsener Arena and the CentrO, which is Europe's largest shopping centre. The A2, A3, A40, and A42 motorways lie just 500 metres away. Travel information From the A42 motorway - Exit for Oberhausen Zentrum. Turn towards the City and take the next turn towards Duisburg. - Follow the green Hotel Mercure signs to the hotel. From the A40 motorway - Take the exit Mühleim / Styrum and turn towards the city on the B223. - Keep going straight through the city of Oberhausen until you come to the crossing, you can turn left towards Duisburg. - Follow the green Hotel Mercure signs and you will be at the hotel in 3 minutes.
