Area information The promenade that borders O Grove runs from the marina to Ria de Arosa. Across the bay you will see the island of La Toja, home to a spa, swimming pool, casino, golf course, shopping area and various charming gardens and beaches. O Grove is surrounded by numerous beaches: La Lanzada to the south is the most famous and has obtained a Blue Flag; San Vicente do Mar's is also lovely. In the neighbourhood of the hotel you will find the Congress Palace, park (100 metres), tourist boats, a football field, fishing harbour, petrol station and a pharmacy. The area is also good for night life, with lots of pubs and restaurants. Other tourist sights nearby include: - Monte de la Siradella Mountain (museum and view point). - El Carreiro Roman Necropolis (Roman village and view point). - La Lanzada shrine (La Lanzada beach). - Las Conchas Church (La Toja). An interesting time to come to O Grove is during the first 15 days of October when we celebrate the seafood festival.
