All our rooms are en suite and are decorated to a high standard. Many rooms have scenic views with balconies and come with wine, mineral water and chocolates on arrival, at an additional charge per room per night.

The Terrace Restaurant overlooks the gardens that lead down to the lake. It is dedicated to the provision of cuisine that thoroughly stimulates the taste buds. The fabulous food and wine menus work in harmony with the pleasant ambiance and enthusiastic staff to reward the diner with not just a meal, but also an experience.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 3.
