Rooms

There are 26 individually furnished and well appointed bedrooms, all are in keeping with the historic atmosphere of the hotel. Some bedrooms have views over the gardens and lawns and the neighbouring village church. The Hotel has five twin rooms, 15 double Rooms, five superior rooms and the penthouse suite. Five of the rooms can be used as family rooms. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, television, radio, hospitality tray, hairdryer, iron and ironing board.

Located in Church End, Broxted, the Whitehall Hotel is set in beautiful tranquil grounds with manicured lawns and a charming Elizabethan walled garden. This superb Elizabethan Manor House has 26 well appointed and individually furnished bedrooms, including 5 Superior Rooms and a Penthouse Suite. The award winning 15th century timbered restaurant overlooks the gardens and the delightful terrace. The kitchen at the hotel was originally designed by Gary Rhodes in the early 1980s and current Head Chef and his team produce the finest freshly-prepared food, using mostly local produce and the restaurant has been awarded numerous AA Rosettes. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner to both residents and non residents. With 4 versatile and adaptable Conference and Banqueting rooms all with natural daylight and a capacity of up to 120, the hotel provides an excellent venue for conferences, training courses, product launches as well as weddings, private dining and other celebrations. WiFi connection is available in all public areas and bedrooms. Free parking is available for 70 cars Whitehall Country House Hotel and Restaurant...a very special place to be.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs GBP 12.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
