The hotel has 70 well-appointed and fully equipped rooms. All of the rooms are spacious, airy and bright, with all the modern comforts and facilities you need in a restful, relaxing base. Whether you are exploring the region as a tourist, visiting the area on business or attending a conference, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven. Each room has an interactive TV and a PlayStation. Family rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Smoking and non-smoking guest rooms are available. Please specify whether you would prefer a smoking or a non-smoking room at the time of booking, using the comments field when making your reservation. Hotel details

Please note that there is no parking available on site. There are local car parks within a 5-minute walk of the hotel. The hotel recommends parking at Stoney Street car park. Guests receive discounted rates at this car park. Your ticket will be validated by a member of the reception team.

Food & Beverages

Gershwin’s Bar offers a warm and friendly atmosphere. Look out for special-offer prices. Breakfast is served in Duke’s Restaurant.

Check-In Information: Please bring proof of identity for check-in. Payment Information: Full payment for the total duration of your stay will be requested on arrival. Smoking and Non-Smoking Rooms: Please specify whether you would prefer a smoking or a non-smoking room at the time of booking, using the comments field when making your reservation. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 10 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
