All apartments are self-contained, ensuring your complete privacy. Each apartment has basic cooking facilities, including either a microwave or a cooker, a fridge and basic cooking utensils.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast can be taken at one of our sister hotels within a 5 minute walk (on request at check-in). The apartments are located on Upper St. Giles. Next door our bistro cafe, Café 91, is open for breakfast right through until 22:00. Adlard’s, our fine dinning restaurant, is open for lunch and evening meals.

At the time of reservation, we take credit card details to hold a room. Payment will be taken on arrival for your full stay. Please inform reception at check-in if you wish to pay with a different form of payment than the one provided when making your booking. Failing to do this, the full balance will automatically be taken from the card details provided.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free private parking is possible on site.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
