St. Giles House Hotel has been created to meet the need for a stylish designer venue in this thriving business centre of the region. Enjoy bistro dining and a Parisian-style terrace, a snug bar and open lounge, as well as a luxurious and well-equipped spa offering an array of relaxing and therapeutic spa treatments and facilities. The late-period Baroque exterior of the 19th century building is a well-known and much-loved landmark in Norwich, and the hotel also incorporates the elegant adjoining Georgian building, as well as a more recently constructed area that houses the bistro and spa.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is not included and costs GBP 10.95 per person.  Full English breakfast is not included and costs GBP 14.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night and person for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
