To be at your best at any function, you need your rest. That is why all of the rooms have thick, soft mattress toppers and luxurious pillows. Each room has its own en suite facilities, including bath and shower. Additionally, you can order a morning paper from reception to be delivered directly to your door. 4 rooms are adapted for disabled use. These are subject to availability.

Sedgebrook Hall is conveniently situated just 8 miles from the M1, 4 miles from the nearest train station and just a 40 minute drive from Birmingham International Airport. With 23 meeting rooms and the ability to handle up to 200 delegates in one main room, Sedgebrook Hall can accommodate practically any type of conference or training session. From boardrooms to banquet rooms, the choice is yours. When the meetings are over for the day, you can choose from a wide range of options to relax, including a heated indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, gymnasium, all-weather outdoor tennis court, jogging trails and a games bar with snooker table. To ensure the comfort of all guests, a no-smoking policy operates throughout the centre. Leisure facilities available, Special splash times for children on Saturday's. Please enquire at the hotel during your check in for times.

If paying on departure, the hotel will add an additional cost to payments made by credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Baby cots are not available.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
