The restaurant serves tasty regional and international specialities. Enjoy refreshing drinks at the hotel bar. In summer, you can relax in the beer garden.

From Monday to Friday, the hotel offers a free shuttle bus service for up to 8 people (subject to availability). This shuttle bus service must be arranged at least 24 hours in advance, either by telephone or directly at the reception desk. The shuttle bus service only operates within Norderstedt.

Wireless Internet Hotspot is available in public areas and is free of charge.  Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 7.00 per day.  Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All further children under 12 years are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
