In addition to the listed facilities all apartments have an open-plan kitchen equipped with 2 hotplates and an electric coffee-maker. All the apartments feature a loggia with garden furniture.

Hotel details

Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service. Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00. Guests can also choose the Baby Kit that must be purchased online before arrival. It will provide the apartment with a folding baby cot with 1 sheet and a highchair.

DEPOSIT A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory. From 15 November 2008 to 04 April 2009 the residence reception is open Monday through Friday from 10:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 19:00, Saturday from 08:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 12:00. Reception is closed on Sunday afternoon. From 04 April 2009 to 14 November 2009 the hotel reception is open Sunday through Friday from 09:00 to 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 and Saturday from 08:00 to 20:00.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.90 city/tourist tax per person older than 17 years per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast costs EUR 8.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
