The newly refurbished Rendez Vous Restaurant, Bar and Lounge offers a range of British and international cuisine, prepared with locally-sourced, quality ingredients and served in a comfortable, relaxed and informal atmosphere. Alternatively you can dine from the extensive 24-hour room service menu.

Any bookings of 10 rooms or more will be subject to client receiving a group contract directly from the hotel

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 6.00 per hour. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs GBP 8.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast costs GBP 12.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
