Food & Beverages

A continental breakfast is available every day and is included in the quoted room rates. The continental breakfast consists of a selection of cereals, fruit segments, yoghurts and freshly brewed regular coffee. A full cooked English breakfast is available at an additional cost.

Payment Information: Please note if 3 or more rooms are booked at the same time, full payment is required by the hotel one month prior to arrival. Any cancellations made after this date will only be refunded if the rooms are re-sold. Other Information: All bedrooms at Hadrian Lodge are strictly non-smoking. If this policy is ignored, the hotel will make an additional GBP 120 charge.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site. 

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate.  Full English breakfast costs GBP 5.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 7.50 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
