Owned and run by the Martin family, who have established an enviable reputation for splendid hospitality. The restaurant is noted for its freshly prepared local produce and the beautifully appointed lounge bar captures the peace, tranquillity and homeliness of this fine hotel. Horse riding, tennis, golf and picturesque forest walks are nearby. The area enjoys the highest level of sunshine and the lowest rainfall in Ireland. It also produces 95% of all fresh fruit and honey produced in the country.

Dine in discreet elegance in our Abercrombie Restaurant with its roaring fire, featuring fine cuisine and exploiting local produce to the full. Recommended by most good food guides. Feast on fresh oysters, mussels, lobster, crab, Slaney wild salmon, lamb etc. Great attention to detail is complemented by our wine list which contains over 200 bins, dating back to 1955.
