Area information The city of Neuhausen is situated in the region ‚Erzgebirge’. Just 4 km away you will find the village Seiffen with its famous toy factory. The idyllic surrounding of the Flöha valley offers wide woods and meadows. The city spreads in an altitude of 560 to 789 m above sea level. Just a few steps away from the hotel you will find beautiful walking tracks (42 km) and in the winter cross-country ski runs. Close by there are also an indoor swimming pool, tennis courts and on the hill ‘Schwartenberg’ the possibility for hang-gliding. We also recommend trips to the castle ‘Schloß Purschenstein’ with the biggest collection of traditional nut cracker figures (Nußknacker) in Germany. Travel information by car - from the motorway A4 from Leipzig, Berlin, Chemnitz and Dresden - take the exit 'Siebenlehn' and - follow the B 101 in the direction of Freiberg/Annaberg - pass Freiberg, Brand-Erbisdorf and Großhartmannsorf - after Großhartmannsdorf go left to 'Mittelsaida' - pass Mittelsaida and Sayda
