Food & Beverages

In the Vier Tore restaurant you can watch the cooks prepare the range of Mecklenburg specialities and international dishes. The restaurant is open daily from 06:00 until 23:30. You can enjoy a snack, coffee or a refreshing drink at the hotel bar which is open daily from 17:30 until 02:00. The bar offers special offers which change on a monthly basis.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 18:00 on the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

American breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
