Check-in: Reception is open during the week from 07:30 to 21:00. At weekends it is open from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00. Please contact the hotel in advance if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours. Payment: Please note that payment must be made upon your arrival.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Free public parking is possible on site.  Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.60 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
