Rooms

For stays of 6 days or less, the rooms will be cleaned at check-out. For longer stays, the rooms will be cleaned once a week, and bath and bed linen will also be changed once a week.

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday : 08:00 to 12:30 and 14:00 to 16:00 Saturday : 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 16:00 Sunday and public holidays: closed Housekeeping is done on a weekly basis.

Food & Beverages

Breakfast served everyday except on Sundays and bank holidays.

Electricity will be at an additional cost for stays of 30 days.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Public parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day. 

Pets

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
