Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  Half board costs CHF 30.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years are charged CHF 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 6 to 15 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night for extra beds.  All further older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
