In addition to all the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 ceramic hobs, a vacuum cleaner and a phone (fee required). Some apartments have facilities for the disabled. Cost includes: - Accommodation. - Sheets. - 1 pillowcase per person. - Bathroom linen. - 2 dishcloths per apartment. - Cleaning kit. - End of stay cleaning (kitchen area and washing-up excluded). Reception opening times: Monday to Thursday: 08:00 to 12:00 / 16:00 to 20:00. Friday: 08:00 to 12:00 / 15:00 to 00:00. Saturday: around the clock. Sunday: 00:00 to 12:00 / 16:00 to 20:00. Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person older than 12 years per night is not included.

Meal Plan
