Enjoy active relaxation all year round in our Moosberg-Therme spa with heated indoor pool (15 m x 4 m), sauna, infrared cabin, tepidarium, solarium and gym. In the summer, you can also use the heated outdoor pool (12 m x 5 m) or go bathing in the nearby lake Staffelsee. Our fitness centre is equipped with professional cardio- and fitness tools, such as a treadmill, a cross trainer, bicycles, a functional fitness tower and weights. A medical health centre and professionally run well-being/beauty farm are also available on site.

Food & Beverages

In our Wintergarten and Zirbelstube, with view over the picturesque natural scenery, we spoil our guests with a daily changing menu and an array of 1st-class á la carte dishes. In an atmosphere of warm hospitality, our Hofmann's restaurant will complement your private occasions as well as your business events. The beautiful terrace of the Alpenhof is very much appreciated both in summer and in winter. Undeniably one of Upper Bavaria's most memorable terraces with its breathtaking view over the alps and the Murnauer Moos nature reserve. In the Reiterzimmer, with its elegant and traditional atmosphere, our chef Thilo Bischoff and our Maître Guaruino Tugnoli and their teams are waiting for you with delicious specialties. Please reserve in advance! The Reiterzimmer is open each evening from Wednesday to Sunday. Holidays from 06. January 2008 until 18. March 2008.

The hotel’s spa facilities and gym will be renovated between10 March until about 15 September 2008. The outdoor pool, health centre and well-being/beauty centre remain open during this period. The indoor pool is also available, but the windows will be covered with a protective film and the bar area will be closed. During the summer, a new Kelo sauna will be installed outdoors. Most of the construction work will take place in the basement of the hotel, but there may be minor disruption and noise. The hotel appreciates your understanding in this matter. Please contact reception if you wish to know more about this project. Pets are charged with € 17,-- per day Dogs need to be leashed at the hotel area at any time, the access to additional areas like the 'Gourmet Restaurant' is strictly not permitted. Children receive 50% on the menu in the main restaurant (up to 11 years) for half board and à-la-carte. In case of cancellation within arrangement bookings, the additional efforts and benefits are charged, e.g. special treatments, entries, transfers, etc.

Internet

Wired internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 3.00 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 8.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified up to 4 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.  If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 1.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 55.00 per night and person for extra beds.  One child from 6 to 15 years is charged EUR 35.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.
