Located in the heart of a park planted with trees, the Citéa Résidentiel De Mougins features 39 Provençal houses and 8 apartments with a terrace (2 to 4 rooms and 40 to 105 m²). There is an outdoor swimming pool, car parks and a breakfast room. The hotel residence is close to Cannes, Nice, Fréjus and the Italian frontier. For weekly stays, you can pick the date of arrival of your choice. The reception is open 7 days a week from 07:30 to 20:00 Monday to Friday, and from 08:00 to noon, and from 15:00 to 18:00 on weekends and public holidays.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.20 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
