Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  All inclusive costs EUR 12.00 per person.  All inclusive costs EUR 6.00 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge for extra beds.  All children from 6 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  One older child or adult is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
