The hotel´s design makes the most of the surrounding views and environment with typical white-washed buildings, stylish interiors and an airy foyer with palm trees. Large windows and arched walkways make the most of those breathtaking sea views. At night, enjoy a romantic stroll around the elegantly lit pathways and bridges. You can challenge yourself to a session in the hotel gym or keep active with the wide range of facilities the complex offers including handball, croquet and basketball. Relax while the children have a fun time making friends and playing games in the mini club for 4-12 years. Activities include soprts, arts and crafts, costume parties and puppet shows. The mini club also features a mini club dining room. The hotel has a private naturist area with a separate entrance and facilities. Be dazzled by the live shows performed every night in the hotel theatre which has showcased talent from around the world including flamenco artists, ballet and acrobats. Movies are also shown daily and feature recent releases.

The occidental boasts an international buffet, four ethnic-themed restaurants and it total, 7 restaurants, snack cafes and bars. La Giralda: International buffet served in a casual, plaza-like atmosphere. Opening times: Breakfast: 07.00-10.30 Lunch: 13.00-15.00 Dinner: 19.00-22.00. Las Reses: Different nightly menu including grilled meats and fish plus a fine wine selection. Open from 19.00 to 22.00. International Restaurant: Offers delectable international specialties open from 19.00 to 22.00. D'Oriental: features Pekinese, Chinese and Asian fusion food served in a vibrant atmosphere, open from 19.00 to 22.00. La Hacienda: Authentic á la carte Tex-Mex dishes are served with mucho gusto, open from 19.00 to 22.00. Dinner reservations are recommended at The Grill, International Restaurant, D'Oriental and La Hacienda and should be made after check-in or early in the day. For light dining, El Lago is a marvellous snack bar that opens out onto 2 terraces, each with a stunning ocean view. Snacks are available from 13.00 until 18.00. You can also enjoy a drink in the hotel's 5 bars including the lobby and poolside bar (10.30-18.00), and the British style Barley Pub. The Plaza bar is open from 18.00-23.45. Ice creams and coffees are also served on the hotel premises. Disco Mangu features a dance floor and DJ for you to enjoy some of your new dancing moves and is open until 02.00 on selected nights.

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 95.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 2.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
