Junior suite: Very generous living room with reclining couch combined with a kitchen, bathroom/WC, telephone, safety box (with charge), open bedroom in the upper area, balcony and terrace. Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Half board is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary.  Full board costs EUR 12.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  One child under 6 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child from 7 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
