Travel information

The Best Western Eurotel Riviera is near the railway station. Go down the steps to the lake and there you find the hotel. If you come by boat you will have to walk 300 meters along the banks to the hotel. If you come with your private boat, there is a private landing stage in front of the hotel. From Geneva Airport the hotel is reachable within 1 h and 20 minutes by train.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.90 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate.  American breakfast costs CHF 10.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged CHF 10.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 50.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
