Fairmont Le Montreux Palace has 235 rooms and suites, most of which overlook the lake, and thus offer a fabulous panorama of the vigour and freshness of nature, all drenched in light. Most of the rooms have a balcony or veranda--ideal spots to take advantage of the first rays of sunlight or the warm summer nights. Spacious and light, decorated in warm colours such as burgundy, royal blue or eggshell, the rooms have an elegant and classical feel. A few pieces of antique furniture--desk, chest of drawers or wardrobe--enrich a decor recently renovated in the Belle Epoque spirit. *Jaan'’s cuisine is inspired by modern french cooking enhanced by delicate and exotic flavors and scents from asia. In Jaan, the finest products from the region’s rivers, lake and land are used. The menu card changes each season.the extensive wine list also offers carefully chosen wines by the glass to complement each dish. Jaan ‘s design is contemporary and minimalist. The large windows of the restaurant have panoramic views over the new gardens of fairmont le montreux palace as well as lake geneva and the alps of the “ haute savoie ”. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 7 pm *La Brasserie, decorated in Belle Epoque style, offers a typical cuisine of Parisian brasserie as well as the best Swiss specialities. In our wine card you will find a wide range of specialities of the region and abroad. Open every day from 9 am, hot dishes served between 11.30 am until 10.30 pm *La Terrasse du Petit Palace: A haven of peace with a breathtaking view on the lake and the Alps. Open during the summer between noon and 11 pm, hot dishes served from noon until 2 pm and 7 pm until 10 pm *La Palmeraie: Breakfast buffet restaurant open daily from 6:30 am to 10:30 am * Harry's New York Bar: The meeting point for international clientele and Montreusiens! Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  CHF 4.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is not included and costs CHF 40.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 90.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
