Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

3.6 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  CHF 3.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs CHF 32.00 per person.  Continental breakfast costs CHF 14.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  All further children under 12 years are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  All older children or adults are charged CHF 60.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
