Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges. During special events the hotel will charge a 100% deposit without the possibility of refund for those special event dates.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed).

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

16.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
