Pacini restaurant, located on-site, provides guests with friendly service and delicious food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. For those in a hurry, there is also Kilo Café located on-site.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Internet

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs CAD 15.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.5 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs CAD 7.50 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 8 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 10.00 per night when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
