Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

18.5 % Tax is not included. Service charge is not applicable. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. One child under 12 years stays free of charge when using existing bedding. Up to two further older children or adults are charged CAD 10.00 per night and person when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
