Apartment types available: Apartment 1: This magnificent apartment measuring 54m² (600ft²) comprises three superb rooms: a spacious bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed, with a window opening onto the charming and quiet Cartier Street; then a cozy living room area leading to an adorable fully-equipped kitchen where you can cook your favorite dishes and we must not forget the beautiful European-style bathroom with its heated floor, sure to give you comfort and relaxation. Apartment 2: This splendid apartment also measures 54m² (600ft²). You’ll find a beautiful bedroom with a window. The living room has a French door that opens onto a charming little terrace beside a flower garden. The living room lends an air of conviviality, since it is connected to the kitchenette by a bar-type counter. And of course, a spacious washroom with a glass shower stall and heated floor will help you relax after a long day of work or walking. All the rooms are multilevel; giving the place a unique and urban cachet.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

30 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15.25 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

This hotel has no meal services. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to two children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged CAD 20.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
