Breakfast is served from 06:45 to 09:30 Monday to Friday, and from 08:00 to 10:30 at weekends.

The residence is open 24/7. For stays of 30 days, you will be charged for electricity.

Internet

Internet via modem is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours.  Internet via modem is available in the business centre and costs EUR 2.00 per 24 hours. 

Parking

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 6.00 per day.

Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

5.5 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 0.85 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs EUR 9.00 per person.  Breakfast costs EUR 6.50 per child under 12 years. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
