Emerald View Villa is a romantic and enchantingly beautiful Bed and Breakfast. They offer a very private, intimate and personal vacation like the rich and famous but at a price you can afford. Treat yourself to the type of vacation you've always dreamed of. At Emerald View, you are not just a lost face in the crowd. The Resort Guest House/Villa is nestled on a hilltop about 500 feet above sea level, overlooking the Caribbean Sea and a small rustic village below. Almost all rooms have a panoramic view of the ocean and the mountainside. Imagine watching the sunrise and sunset without leaving your room. We can provide tour packages for people wishing to tour our beautiful island. Please inquire if you are interested. We can also host small groups of up to 45 people, so if you are planning a family reunion, wedding ceremony, business retreat, or any other group meeting, please ask us for customized options to meet your needs. We are only 3 miles from one of the best beaches on the island - Rose Hall Beach Club. Our resort features a pool and many other recreation options nearby, all which our staff can plan for you at your request.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 10 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

17 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 16 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One further older child or adult is charged USD 40.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
