Set in the relaxing atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside, Santa Maria offers 10 fully equipped apartments with terraces. A swimming pool (14 x 7 metres), open all day, and the idyllic garden provide peaceful repose. The hotel is run by 'Babbo' Giuseppe and his two daughters, Laura and Stefania. The family has been settled in Tuscany for several generations, and offers hospitality with a genuine passion and a unique local flavour. Savvy information is given with warmth and care on points of interest, public transportation, wine tasting, typical restaurants.

All apartments present a fully equipped kitchen. Santa Maria also proudly features a wonderful garden, carefully looked after by Giuseppe, where roses, sunflowers and pear trees thrive. Your experience will be enhanced by enjoying fresh herbs, fruit and vegetables picked right in the comfort of Santa Maria. The surrounding area is served by several restaurants. From 400 metres from Santa Maria up to 5 km away, you will find various kinds of cuisine and price ranges. The staff will gladly provide guidance and insights on local gastronomy.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

10 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years are charged EUR 5.00 per night and person for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
