The resort consists of 3 apartments and 4 bedrooms that take their name from the surrounding Val di Nievole Hills.

Hotel details

The apartments and bedrooms were created in the 18th century farmhouse, some of which is from the 17th century. It has been completely renewed by Luca and Simona who planned and directed all the restoration work. The materials, furniture, traditional Florentine baked clay and restored wood all keep the building's original aspect. Modern comforts have been introduced to offer a delightful blend of old and new. Fernando, our farmer, knows every inch of the farm and takes care of the 400 olive trees, the vineyards, orchards and vegetable gardens. He will be pleased to make a short tour around the farm, and reveal the secrets of wine and olive oil production. Follow the magic rhythm of the farm from sunshine to sunset.

Food & Beverages

There is no restaurant at the resort, but you can find places to eat in the town and surrounding area.

Check-in and check-out take place at Hotel Columbia, Corso Roma, 19 to Montecatini Terme Town . Luna and Flippy: Please note that the hotel has 2 dogs, Luna, a fine specimen of English Mastiff, and Flippy, a crossbreed, who will welcome you.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged.

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Continental breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
