Each villa has a main bedroom on each floor with bathroom, which is some with a Balneo bath, and separate WC, very much appreciated, another bedroom for 2 people with either double or single bed, shower room with WC and a sofa bed in the lounge or on the mezzanine. Situated close to the fairway of hole 17, valued throughout, these superb villas, detached or semi-detached, are of American style with easy access to the beach, which is 400 m,, restaurants and shops of Moliets Plage by the cycle paths and footpaths which cross the sand dunes in the shadow of the pine trees. The American-style kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dryer, highly regarded, dish washer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge-freezer. The villas are furnished with a lounge with satellite television and video recorder, and above all, a dining area opening onto the terrace equipped with garden furniture, which is tables, recliners, chairs, and individual private swimming pool, which is 8x5 m, .
