The Hotel garni Gästehaus Edlhuber provides modern, Bavarian country-style rooms, suites, and apartments. You can opt for a sunny balcony or a terrace providing panoramic views. 2 additional, comfortably furnished apartments for 2-5 people are located in a separate building in the Ferchenseestrasse, in the immediate vicinity of the Kurpark (spa gardens). You can walk to the main hotel building in approximately 5 minutes.

Within the hotel compound, a beautiful sunbathing lawn, a children's playground and ample parking spaces are available at all times. The hotel is open throughout the year, and is a wonderful holiday destination in all seasons.

Food & Beverages

Start your day with a comprehensive breakfast buffet. A healthy and lovingly prepared selection of various regional specialities are available every day, providing a motivating start to your day. Our water is particularly refreshing, as it is supplied via Grander Water Technology.

If you are arriving later than 22:00 please contact the hotel in advance.

Wireless internet is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Free public parking is possible on site.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

19 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  EUR 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 5 years is charged EUR 5.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.  One child under 5 years is charged EUR 8.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 5 to 10 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One child from 10 to 15 years is charged EUR 18.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  One older child or adult is charged EUR 25.00 per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
