One of the trade marks of the hotel is the modern health & beauty area with steam bath, sauna and relaxing room as well as the indoor pool with panoramic views of the mountains. All useage is free of charge. There are many additional packages available with varying costs, such as Ayurveda, beauty and health. Experience a wonderful holiday here either with health and beauty treatments or with skiing – you will look back with pleasure for many years. Enjoy also the other trade mark of the hotel – the excellent cuisine with varied specialities in the elegant restaurant. The Camelot Bar and the Hearth Room are also well loved by our guests.

Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of EUR 25.00 will be charged.  If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 45 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 55 percent of all nights will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  EUR 2.10 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. 

Meal Plan

Full board is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 3 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.  One child under 5 years is charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 13 years is charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  One child under 18 years is charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
