The hotel’s own Savana Restaurant and Lounge is open from 07:00 to 23:00.

Please note that parking is complimentary parking for overnight guests. Rates apply for park and fly. Upon check-in, photo identification and a credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

14 % Tax is not included.  Service charge is included.  There is no city/tourist tax. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast costs CAD 9.95 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  Up to three children under 17 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
