Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first three nights will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

No deposit will be charged.

3.6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. CHF 3.15 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

All children are welcome. One child from 0 to 5 years stays free of charge in a baby cot. One child from 0 to 5 years stays free of charge in an extra bed. One child from 6 to 12 years is charged CHF 70.00 per night and person in an extra bed. One older child or adult is charged CHF 100.00 per night and person in an extra bed. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
