Breakfast is served between 07:30 and 08:30 Monday to Friday and 08:30 to 09:30 at weekends. A fridge, microwave and toaster are at your disposal for an earlier/later breakfast. Evening meals are available with prior notice from a basic menu.

Payment is required on arrival at the hotel. The Stratfords Guesthouse was formally known as The Ikoyi.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

VAT is included.  Service charge is included.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All children from 2 to 12 years are charged GBP 10.00 per night for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.  Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
