Double, twin and family rooms with a foldaway sofa bed are available. Family rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children (children are aged 18 and under on the date of stay). The disabled access rooms are fully equipped.

The Breakfast and Restaurant area is strictly Non Smoking Ramada Encore serves both a hot and continental buffet breakfast at an additional charge. Modern European dishes are served in an informal and comfortable atmosphere all day until 22:00.

Public parking is possible on site and costs GBP 7.50 per day.  Public parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 1.50 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast costs GBP 9.95 per person.  Dinner costs GBP 18.00 per person. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 15.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. 

Groups

When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
