Hotel policies

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of USD 25.00 will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.

Deposit Policy

A fixed amount of USD 250 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included. USD 10.00 service charge per room per night is not included. There is no city/tourist tax.

Meal Plan

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome. All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All further older children or adults are charged USD 25.00 per night when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
