The hotel's distinctive architecture reflects the Miami Modern movement, also referred to as MiMo, and features curved surfaces, bright colors, boomerang angles, concrete cantilevers and walls with circular cut-outs. The Deauville has a star-studded history. In 1964, the Beatles played their second ever show in the United States in the hotel's Napoleon Ballroom.

Food & Beverages

The Deauville Restaurant and Lounge serves local cuisine for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Enjoy a variety of casual meals and snacks complimented by cocktails at Kon Tiki Tiki Bar. Sip your favorite cocktail on the beach or next to the pool.

Guests are required to be 21 years old to stay at the hotel without an adult. Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible on site and costs USD 20.00 per day.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

13 % Tax is not included.  USD 10.00 service charge per room per night is not included.  City/tourist tax is included. 

Meal Plan

Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  Extra beds are not available.  There is no capacity for cots in the room.
