Big Restaurante specializes in Mexican and international food. The restaurant features a very large and famous buffet along with homemade pizza.

Upon check-in photo identification and credit card is required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible on site and charges are applicable.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % Tax is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  One child under 7 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.  One older child or adult is charged USD 30.00 per night in an extra bed.  Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
