Address Zum Sonnenwald 42 66663 Merzig		Travel information If you arrive by train, you can reach us from the station Merzig - just take a taxi or the bus to Besseringen.
Area information Directly conterminous to our hotel you will find cycle tracks and hiking trails through the picturesque forests. Close-by there is the world-known open-air wolf enclosure of the wolf explorer Werner Freund – here you can gaze different species of wolfs . Our Hotel Waldeck is situated 300 m above sea level in Beeseringen (district Merzig-Wadern). Enjoy manifold possibilities of hiking tours to the ‘Saarschleife’, the ‘Clouf’, the castle ruin ‘Montclair’ and further historical sights such as the thousand years old tower in Mettlach, the baroque church St. Gangolf or St. Peter in Merzig, The ‘Hilbringer Schlösschen’ and the archeological excavation in Perl-Borg out of the time of the Romans.
