Food & Beverages

A full English breakfast follows a pleasant night’s stay at the Castle Hotel. The restaurant also features an extensive à la carte menu for both lunch and dinner. There is a fine selection of wines, and guests can dine in Crawshay Restaurant where there is a relaxed and friendly atmosphere and high quality service from dedicated staff.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs GBP 2.50 per hour. 

Parking

Private parking is possible at a location nearby and costs GBP 3.00 per day.

Pets are not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.  If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.  In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. 

Deposit Policy

No deposit will be charged. 

VAT and city/tourist taxes

15 % VAT is included.  Service charge is not applicable.  City/tourist tax is not applicable. 

Meal Plan

Full English breakfast is included in the room rate. 

Children and Extra Bed Policy

All children are welcome.  All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.  All older children or adults are charged GBP 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.  Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.  There is no capacity for cots in the room. 

Please note that in case specific policies apply to a particular room or rate, the specific room/rate policy prevails over the general hotel policy
